The ZEN pack includes a 1-hour treatment, based on bio-dynamic relaxation, for physical, mental and emotional well-being. (based on the synchronization of breathing and movement)
This type of care provides emotional and physical well-being.
The treatment will be carried out either inside the Unusual Room, or on the solarium terrace (private space exclusive to the Unusual Room), carried out by Annabelle (who comes with her professional table).
The choice of treatment will be made on site in consultation with Annabelle.
